We subscribed to Comcast for close to ten years before switching to DIRECTV through Cannon Satellite—(a distributor of DIRECTV). When you think of DIRECTV you think “Great big Corporate America type Company.” However, our experience with Cannon Satellite felt very much like a “Mom and Pop” type of transaction—it was super personal, and the customer service and care we received was not the typical experience with most larger companies. We now enjoy a better T.V. experience with many more channels (including the MountainWest Sports Network), and a ton more features and options for WAY LESS money $$$!
